GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS By purchasing a Mad Time Tattoo gift voucher, you agree to the following terms: 1. VALIDITY & EXPIRY • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 MONTHS from the date of purchase, with no exceptions or extensions • Expired vouchers cannot be refunded, exchanged, or reactivated 2. NON-REFUNDABLE • All gift vouchers are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances • This applies to both the purchaser and the recipient, regardless of personal situations or reasons 3. PAYMENT & DELIVERY • Vouchers will be dispatched within 24 HOURS of receiving full payment • Shipping costs must be paid in full before dispatch • We accept NO LIABILITY for incomplete payments or customer payment errors 4. SHIPPING & COURIER RESPONSIBILITY • We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for: - Damage to vouchers during shipping - Delays caused by courier services - Lost or misplaced vouchers after dispatch • Risk transfers to the customer once voucher leaves our premises 5. REDEMPTION REQUIREMENTS • Recipient MUST BE 18+ years old with VALID PHOTO ID • ID name must EXACTLY MATCH the name on the gift voucher • No exceptions will be made for invalid or mismatched identification 6. MINIMUM SERVICE VALUE • Vouchers BELOW £40 CANNOT be redeemed for tattoo services • Minimum tattoo service charge is £40 • Vouchers under this amount can be used for piercings or other services only 7. HEALTH & SUITABILITY • The RECIPIENT bears FULL LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY for: - Their health condition and fitness for tattooing/piercing - Any medical conditions, allergies, or skin conditions - Pregnancy, medications, or health issues that disqualify them from service • NO REFUNDS will be given if the recipient is medically unsuitable for the service • We reserve the right to refuse service based on health assessment 8. PARTIAL REDEMPTION • If service costs less than voucher value, remaining balance stays on voucher • No cash alternative or refund for unused balance • Unused balance expires with the voucher (3 months from purchase) 11.
