Open to customers who have left a genuine Google review
One entry per person per month
Must be aged 18 or over
Staff and immediate family are not eligible
THE DRAW
Draw takes place on the last Friday of each month
Announced via live video in our private WhatsApp & Instagram group
Draw is final and binding
PRIZE COLLECTION
Winner must collect prize IN PERSON within 7 days of notification
Valid photo ID required (passport or driving licence)
If prize not collected within 7 days – new winner will be drawn
Prize cannot be posted or collected by third party
No cash alternative available

Monthly prize worth up to £120
Mad Time reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value
MARKETING & IMAGE RIGHTS
Winners agree their name and image may be used for marketing purposes
Image consent form signed at prize collection
DATA PROTECTION
Personal data used only for competition administration
Data deleted within 30 days of competition month ending
Not shared with third parties
